Tank VII

I know this isn't my typical style, and you'll rarely find a model in my frame but desperate times call for desperate measures. In any case I don't think I performed too badly for my first model shoot.

The model wouldn't disclose her real name and preferred to be known as 'Tank'.

So here is the first of this set, I feel black & white is swiftly becoming a preference for me now. Colour is so much more picky and troublesome, and doesn't have the same impact so I say to hell with it.

One last thing, I'm finding it difficult to pick the correct monitor contrast, gamma and brightness settings to work on, since others users can have such different settings. Indeed, a contrast and gamma setting different to my own can make a critical difference in a photograph, especially those where 100% black is a must. In this photograph, seeing Tank's face as anything but black means the silhouette effect is ruined. I'd like to hear some feedback about how this particular element looks from as many people as possible, and some solutions if anyone has any.
